From booking to boarding

Getting ready for your voyage takes just a few steps. Our travel advisors are with you from booking to departure.

All frequently asked questions
  1. Booking

    Once you accept your quote, a first payment of 35% of the price confirms your booking.

  2. Several months before

    Check that your travel documents are valid: passport, or national ID card for Norway.

  3. No later than 90 business days before

    Second deposit of 30% of the total price.

  4. No later than 45 days before

    Payment of the balance.

  5. A few weeks before

    We send you your travel booklet: booking confirmations, practical information, useful local contacts and our recommendations.

  6. The last few days

    Pack season by season with our checklists.

  7. The big day

    Welcome aboard Polarfront.
