Who receives your data

Your data is intended for the Latitude Blanche team; it is neither sold nor assigned. Technical service providers process it on our behalf: OVH, which hosts the website in France, and Google, whose Google Workspace email service routes our emails. For the organization of your voyage, the necessary information may be passed on to the service providers concerned (airlines, hotels, authorities of the countries visited).

Google may process some data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: the European Commission’s adequacy decision (“EU-US Data Privacy Framework”) and its standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its use, object to its processing, request its portability, withdraw your consent and give instructions as to what is to become of it after your death.

Write to us at voyages@latitudeblanche.com, or by mail to Latitude Blanche, Protection des données personnelles (Data Protection), 2 rue Henri Barbusse, 13001 Marseille, France. We will reply within one month. If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

05Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. On board, we call them ship’s biscuits. This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools: only the cookies essential to its operation and, if you accept them, YouTube’s cookies so that you can watch our films.

Your choice is kept for six months; you can change it at any time, here or via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

The ballast — Essential Always on board

Without them the ship would not float: the website language, form security and remembering your choices. They do nothing else and never follow you around.
