POLARFRONT – THE WORLD’S LAST WEATHER SHIP
Built in Norway and chartered by the Norwegian state for almost its entire life, Polarfront is a regular in the Far North.
The last meteorological ship in the world, it distinguished itself for having made 10 years of measurements of the evolution of the level of CO2 in the atmosphere, in partnership with the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, at the convergence of polar and tropical air masses, hence its name Polarfront.
Built to face the harshest seas, in all weathers and in complete safety, she is an excellent expedition ship!
